SHIPPING POLICY
In stock items will ship within 2-4 business days after your purchase.
All shipping is handled through UPS and confirmation emails with tracking information will be sent to the email listed on the purchase order. Shipping times and dates CANNOT BE GUARANTEED for any order.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order as we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.
Urban Logick is not responsible for carrier delays (including shipments that require signatures) lost shipments or damaged shipments.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you have an un-opened product you would like to exchange, we are happy to make exchanges for a restocking fee. All return shipping costs are sole responsibility of the customer. We are also happy to cancel an order if request is received within 3 hours of purchase.
